Our Vision and Ethos

‘And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.’
Corinthians 13:13
At St Mary’s Hampton, our vision is rooted in the values of faith, hope, and love. We strive to nurture a community where every child feels supported, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential. Through faith, we encourage trust and resilience; through hope, we foster aspiration and perseverance; and through love, we build a compassionate and inclusive environment where everyone belongs. Together, these values guide us in creating a school where every child flourishes.

Mission

Our mission is to equip pupils with the skills, confidence, and curiosity to become lifelong learners. We empower them to make a meaningful and lasting impact on their community and the wider world, living out the values of faith, hope, and love in everything they do.

Values

Our core Christian values of faith, hope and love provide the foundations that we build upon to create a happy school where children have a positive attitude to work, themselves and others.

  • We are ready, compassionate and responsible at all times
  • We find solutions to problems to stay hopeful and resilient in the face of challenges

Love

  • We will treat others as we would wish to be treated and realise that our actions, thoughts and words matter
  • We show understanding, tolerance and compassion of others emotional, academic and social starting points
  • We are honest, loyal and forgiving and strive to lead others down the right path
