At St Mary’s, we take safeguarding very seriously, always making it our number one priority. All staff are trained annually in child protection and safeguarding. Our safeguarding team oversees all child protection matters across the school.
Please speak to a member of the safeguarding team in confidence if you’re worried about a child: Mrs Wayland (Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)) or Mrs Nesbit (Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, DDSL) in confidence.
Alternatively, if you’re worried about a child, you can raise this by email, by using safeguarding@stmaryshamptonschool.org.uk (which is serviced only by the DSL and DDSL) for any child sensitive communication.
